Watch out for falling snow!
Property owners have a significant responsibility for any trouble caused by snow and ice falling from the roof down to the ground. This is now more important than ever, when large parts of the country are covered by snow. The primary job for the snow guard is to keep the snow on the roof to prevent it from falling to the ground out of control. Property owners can then decide if and when the roof needs clearing.
